So here is what a non wls person my height and weight, 5'0 169 lbs,  would have to consume to lose weight. These are my calorie standards/ allowances with 3 days of exercise a week.

and in order to lose one lb a week a person must! average 500 calories burned a day for 7 days.

here is just a peek at how much I burn doing various exercises:


684 calories burned doing ballet on Monday (1 hr ½)
912 calories burned doing ballet and modern on Tuesday (2 hrs)
1 hr ballet/modern burns 456 (Friday and or Saturday)
30 mins of sex burns 162 calories (just a fun fact for someone my weight!)
Hatha Yoga burns 213 calories for 1 hr
1 hr Step aerobics  burns 811 calories. 

Just remember when you are exercising make it fun and tailored to you! Also follow your surgeons instructions regarding calorie consumption. My surgeon wants me to consume no more than 1,100 calories! But I thought the numbers above where a fun fact! See ya'll soon!
